Terms of engagement.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Arc + Refine LLC ("Arc + Refine", "we", "our", or "us"). By engaging with us — whether through our website, in writing, or by entering into a formal agreement — you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1) Scope of Services - Arc + Refine offers strategic, creative, and experiential services, including but not limited to: Brand strategy and positioning, Customer experience audits, Mystery evaluations, Spatial design consulting, Creative concept development, Curated sensory enhancements, and Ongoing advisory and refinement support. Services are customized per client. The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees will be outlined in a mutually agreed proposal or contract prior to engagement. 2) Client Responsibilities - Clients agree to: Provide timely access to necessary information and stakeholders; Collaborate professionally and respectfully; Review and approve deliverables within reasonable timeframes. Delays caused by the client may affect project timelines and deliverables. 3) Payment Terms - A deposit may be required to begin work. Invoices are due within 14 days. Late payments may result in a pause of services or incur a monthly interest fee. 4) Cancellations & Refunds - Strategic and creative services are non-refundable once work has begun. Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If terminated early, the client is responsible for payment of work completed to date. 5) Intellectual Property - All original materials created by Arc + Refine™ remain our intellectual property. Upon full payment, clients receive an exclusive, non-transferable license to use the agreed-upon deliverables. Use beyond original intent requires written permission. 6) Confidentiality - Both parties agree to keep all sensitive business, brand, and strategic information confidential. 7) Experience Audits & Mystery Evaluations - These services are conducted anonymously to preserve authenticity and honest feedback. Clients agree not to disclose to staff that an evaluation is in progress unless otherwise discussed. 8) Disclaimer - Arc + Refine does not guarantee specific business outcomes. Strategic recommendations are based on professional expertise, but implementation success depends on many client-side and external factors.
